If it's the one I'm thinking of I almost took him as my non-human but opted for Mr. Floopy. ..... BTW - noticed that my last female is the only one with a last name on their respective show. ..... too bad Sonny and Cher was an hour variety or I could have gone for the all no last name female cast. ....

Atlanta doesn't sound like a comedy.

It says comedy/drama on wikipedia. I really wouldn't classify it as a sitcom at all, but really does anybody care at this point?

definitely written to be a comedy, but it does cover a bit of the tougher side of life.
a lot of the awards it won last yr were out of the TV Comedy category, and I laughed my ass off at multiple episodes.

wife and I both quickly became huge Donald Glover fans over the last yr and half or so.
Dude is unbelievably talented.

I will be honest, I thought the earlier one would be my choice, but I love the new tick. Have not gone to watch season 2 yet though. Lets go latest one.

The cartoon was actually my favorite though.
