Get all the pieces needed to make a run to the Superbowl, or at least at a minimum, the AFC Championship. The Bengals current roster does have some talent. I think coaching / play calling became stale, and needed a fresh perspective.

Shit, why didn't anyone else think of that?!

Look out Patriots. Now the rest of the AFC has the winning formula.

Yeah I'm not a fan of the QB coming into the draft this year, gonna keep the ginger back there at QB, rebuild the lines, and defense with younger guys, draft wise.

I could see with a new HC. Some high profile players no longer on the team as the coach tries to change the culture.

I wouldnt gut the team, but it will be a few years before they can be challenging again.

I'd add to the talent they already have and win the superbowl next year.

But that's just me.

If you're going to post that jerkoff, at least throw in a couple pictures of his girlfriend too.

I would trade away too many picks to move up in draft so I could take a broken QB with health and locker room issues. Then I’d hose up the cap space so I have tons of practice squad players on roster

With 18 guys on IR last year, and they were 4-1 before everyone started dropping like flys, I would assume they have talent on their roster. However, they need to address the LB position badly and the RT position. They may also need another WR to pair with Green, Boyd and if Ross can ever get his head out of his ass, him. I am thinking a guy like Tyrell Williams.

Bengals should be targeting CJ Mosely, LB from Baltimore, along with Tyrell Williams, WR from LAC, and a solid RT. Couple those FA moves with a solid draft (that includes a LB) and a new creative coaching staff, I can see them competing again this year.

Pittsburgh is not as tough as they were, plenty of in-house turmoil, Baltimore can be pretty good but not dominate in any way. The Browns have drastically improved, but they are still very young and the coaching staff reshuffled again, but I do not think that hurts them. If the Bengals make the few moves I suggested, I can see any team in this division winning it.

First, you’d have to move. It can’t be good for your ego now being the after thought team in Ohio.

"Dolphins tried to sell the idea Flores is bringing the New England blueprint to South Florida, and that's fraudulent.

Coveting what the Patriots have isn't unique and neither is trying to replicate it. At least half a dozen teams have tried and failed at building their franchise using The Patriot Way."
