The Czech roster has a couple of guys from Avangard Omsk so I guess they can bring KHL players.

It is but they are indeed allowed. Finland and the Czech's both have KHLers in their first drafts.

ESPN deleted it's article on the jerseys...weird. They're under the arm and running down the torso of the jersey. Just three stripes and a lot of people weren't happy. I like 'em. I don't think that anything was beating the Finland jerseys from last Olympics for me, though.
