I'd love to see them go with a second Team Canada.

Put them in the same group as the first Team Canada so that we guarantee a Canada vs. Canada match-up.

Obviously you'd expect the first team to win, but definitely fun to see some of those guys who thought they should have made the cut try to get some revenge.

Olympic competition is going away unless iihf/ioc caves ... I want a true best on best international tournament to replace it ... no more gimmicks ... no B teams

Awfully thin skin from Team USA players on Kessel's tweet, especially considering it was obviously a shot at the team's management. He wanted to play for his country, clearly, and they wouldn't let him. He should be upset, and throwing [hilarious] shade is a perfectly harmless way to express it.

And Torts saying the tweet makes Kessel look bad is pretty rich, considering how his inability to do his job made him look. And was Kessel's tweet more self-serving than refusing to adjust your obviously-ineffective system because your ego is too big to admit you're wrong about what the best way to play hockey is?
