he is no different than any other american that can get away with stuff ..good for himHe's only "done his time" for about a quarter of the crimes he's committed
There are currently 123 quarterbacks on NFL rosters. Michael Vick is not one of them.
Why not?

But people are kinda stupid. Dogs are mans best friend. If he had killed a person he might get forgiveness but he killed animals. He'll never be forgiven and it's embarrassing.

Because he is more of a distraction than he is a good QB at this point.
Vick needs to stop talking about being a starter and just accept that he is a backup QB at best in this league now.
What do NFL teams want out of their backup: A guy that will come in and run their system and keep the offense on track while their starter is out. Vick doesn't run systems. He just isn't accurate enough and is too willing to tuck and run under pressure. That makes him a less than ideal backup.
The one place that he might fit is in Seattle IMO. He would be the same type of scrambling for his life mad man that Wilson needs to be behind that OL, he won't need to do overly well to keep that team in ballgames because of their run game and defense and he will have no illusions over what his role will be on the team.
Not this white dude. If you drown dogs, electocute dogs, and participate in dog fighting, you are a fucking asshole who deserves no forgiveness. There is a very special place awaiting Vick in the afterlife.....There are currently 123 quarterbacks on NFL rosters. Michael Vick is not one of them.

This should get interestingBecause he is more of a distraction than he is a good QB at this point.

Sorry, they are not just "a fucking dog." If you somehow think that the fear and pain those dogs felt when they were killed was somehow lessened because they are of the canine persuasion, you are sadly mistaken. Treating a defenseless animal like that--human or not--should result in the most severe of consequences. As long as whatever punishment you wish on people that commit violent acts against humans is twice what you wish for cruelity against animals...Im good.
Even Jesus called a dog a dog. It's a fucking dog. Nothing more.
If you're green and can help an NFL team win, they'll grind their heels into each other's face to line up to pay you.
Michael Vick's death sentence has nothing to do with racism and everything to do with the power that the current crop of "animal people" wield.
Even discussing this really pisses people off on SportsHoopla because if you just state the facts like I just did, they're so fucking ignorant that they think you're excusing what he did.
I should probably leave the thread quietly before a moron does just that but I will say that this shit is not fair and my hat's off to Michael Vick for going above and beyond to leave that nonsense and do the right thing. Ask any reasonable person (and animal people are anything but reasonable) associated with Michael Vick and they'll tell you he's the real deal.
The animal people want Michael Vick dead. And that's the truth.
Death sentence?
Since he got out of jail, he's played for two organization and made 55 million. He just doesn't have it any more
