Reality aside, I’d love to see what he could with Tua throwing to him. He has been dropping dimes all over the place and it would be fun to watch if it were him in that offense instead of Tyreek.
between the fat lines
Tyreek is as good a factor in football games as any other wide.

These guys always default to the highest bidder.

If Alaska had a NFL team they'd have no problem signing FA's if the money was right.

I'm not sure if it would take 4 1sts but I do think it might take 3. Top 10 player who could end up being a star for 8+ more years. Better player than AJ Brown who was erroneously traded for only one 1st round pick.

Chargers a few years back moved on from average QB Philip Rivers after one overachieving year and one underachieving year. They didnt trade away Mike Williams or Keenan Allen because they knew the next QB needed them.
I doubt it would take more than 2, and it could be 1 plus some lower picks. Anyone trading for Jefferson is going to have to pay him full FA money from Day 1. A player's value is in his contract. For reference the Raiders gave up their #22 and #53 picks to acquire Adams. By the old Draft chart values that's the equivalent of pick #13.

They're phrased it as competitive rebuild.

We'll see if it works. So far GM 2 drafts have been underwhelmin

I do think they planned to be better this year than they have been.

Get as much as you can get for him in a trade.

At this point, I'd trade Cousins, but no way I'd let Jefferson go unless I got something really stupid for him. He doesn't seem like some malcontent, so why trade away somebody just entering his prime that is a fantastic player.

That was my thought too. Cousins' contract is void at the end of the season so they may well be on the phone to desperate teams looking to maybe get something for him before the trade deadline. Gonna be tough to do maybe. Cousins would be a hired gun rental and doesn't give people the belief he can take a team to the promised land. I don't see how they can look their fanbase in the eye if they traded JJ. But they have to address the QB situation going forward and fix the defense and Oline issues.

Cousins is in his final year and has a no trade clause, for the all the hub, I don't see him accepting a trade for lame duck season

I get why everyone is speculating it'll happen, I just don't see it happening

It won't. Kirk won't waive the no trade without a contract extension in place from his new team.

Because despite all that toughness and leadership that was displayed in his Netflix show (that funny enough, he had full creative control over), Cousins is still all about the money.

The Jets make the most sense, but they obviously won't extend him.
