Tom Brady throwing regulation footballs? I'll go with anybody in the Seahawks secondary. 3 INTs in the Super Bowl will get you an MVP.

If Pats win it'll be Gronk or Brady

If Hawks win it'll be Russell or Beast.

I suspect that Brady, Lynch, and Wilson are the favorites.

Me? I'll put $1 on Shane Vereen at 1,000:1. Any takers?

Along the same lines,,, you want to go way off the beaten path... throw a buck on Byron Maxwell "the other Seattle corner"

I'm gonna go with of the underrated, under the radar type player like Danny Amendola. He had a great game against the Ravens. He's playing with a chip on his shoulder to finally prove he's worth what the Pats are paying him.

Not saying it can't be Kam, but if it's about covering Gronk it would go to KJ who is expected to get a majority of the duty on him, at least when they go to man coverage. KJ is one of the most underrated coverage LB's in the league. According to Peter King anyway.

I'm going beast mode for the prediction. If he has a big game the trophy is his. Tell me you wouldn't want to see Goodell have to hand him that trophy and ask him questions? I mean that would be pure gold right there.

A great dark horse pick. With all the players the great Seattle secondary will focus on, Amendola is definitely one who could sneak under the radar.

Possible, of course, but my long shot pick for Seattle is Kearse.

The problem with picking a receiver is that if they have a great game it also probably means the QB had a great game too. That's why WR's don't win the MVP that often. QB's and RB's are the usual safe bets.

I don't know that he is underrated, but I definitely think that Wright is one of the best coverage LBs in the league.

That's a fair point. Still like the potential for Kearse to make a big play or two, even if Wilson has an otherwise pedestrian day.

Where he is at in the depth chart of NE, I would imagine he would be lined up against Sherman most likely, so ya, I guess he could get some yards, but unless Sherman has an uncharacteristic game, I wouldn't expect too much production.

But, I could be wrong of course, and thats why they play the game.

I doubt that Sherman would cover Amendola, who I think mostly plays from the slot, with Edelman and LaFell usually outside.
