Of course you want to execute but so does the other team. It's naive to think you're going to win every play so in lieu of that impossible standard it's the job of the coaches to put you in the best position to win a game. For 54 of 60 minutes Atlanta dominated the Super Bowl but the game was still 2 possessions so you have to coach to game situation. Clearly you hope your team executes but they can try and execute a run just as easily and far more safely. If you think this loss is on Shanahan you're either lying or really don't understand the game. If it's the latter is apologizemy my guess is its the former so grow up. When someone screws up its ok they get the blame. He's not a toddler. He can dealSorry bro but you don't get off the hook with that lame assed excuse.
What about executing the plays that were called? What about the vast difference in talent level between the teams? What about the Pats D having no answer at all? I mean, I recall that you were regretful about having to say it but facts are facts. The Pats D hasn't faced a QB like Ryan.
Hey man, I was laughing the whole two weeks about it but now, you're being a pussy.
Ryan took a sack he shouldn't have and the stage just got too big for him.
Fact.
