The only problem is people instantly pointing the finger at him. In the past, he dealt with anxiety with pot or alcohol - both of which are legal in tons of places in the US, and should be in the NFL. He is making the mature decision to take some time to himself before the season launches into full swing. He doesn't get to say when the season starts, so he's making the smart move to get himself in the best possible mental shape he can.

Nah- we've been given reports stating the opposite. He checked himself out on an expected basis because of anxiety and MH issues. Which given he had previously done things like smoke weed and drink to deal with it previously, was the smart- and yes proactive- move.

Given reports are emphatic this is NOT a suspension- this is a borderline non-story. Definitely don't like shitting on a guy for trying to avoid doing stupid shit he did before.
