I think he gets suspended for a game or 2 and fined. I don't think they lose pciks. Cant punish the whole organization if you are only finding 1 player guilty.

There is no way they vacate wins (nor should they). I do hope it hurts significantly in some way. I would probably feel differently if the 3 amigos (Kraft, Belichick, Brady) didn't constantly take the Lance Armstrong approach to addressing this things (not only lie, but do so in a smug, condescending manner).

Brady is plainly guilty. He should be suspended at least 4 games. It would be generous to treat this like a first offense when the report suggests clearly its not.
