Question..................

Should Robert Kraft step forward and offer Brady an opportunity to buy a minority interest in the New England Patriots?

Think about it. Having the best player ever to play for the team and, the best to ever play in the NFL as the face of the team for the next thirty to forty years.

OR

Just ignore it and let him buy a piece of the Las Vegas Raiders.

Ignore it

Not really according to him. He has repeatedly stated that he's got two teams.

Part of me doesn't blame him due to the way things went down. Part of me thinks he's dead to me now.
The way things went down?

Us not figuring out a way to keep him and surround him with talent. Him going to another team and immediately winning a Super Bowl.

I will always be of the opinion that the breakup needed to happen but I could see why he might be at least a wee bit bitter.

Well I have maintained all along that both sides were right and wrong on this.....

TB: Lived up to the terms of his contract. Constantly took cuts to make the team better. Helped win six Lombardi's. Could not sustain another rebuild.

Pats: Were in rebuild mode. Were CAP tight. Did not have the support crew. Lived up to the terms of the contract. Were going to draft his replacement regardless. TB was to old.

TB staying here would have done nothing for either side he would have had two or three years of misery so he went to where he could win another SB. People (not you) act as if there is true loyalty in the NFL and there is not. Teams do all they can to win and players make money. It was time to part ways for the sake of both sides IMO

I feel exactly the same. I just get a bit pissed when he says he has two teams but I totally get it also. In a normal universe, winning a Super Bowl with a team is epic and so Bucs fans must be thrilled and he can't just turn his back on that. We simply got six out of him which is crazy.

Bitter because Bill and Bob Mortgaged the future to send him into the HOF with three more SB rings?
Bitter because he signed a two year $70 million dollar contract with the second year his option after he had already made his decision that under no circumstance was he coming back?
Bitter because he had the golden opportunity to cherry pick a team that had every position stacked except QB?

pfft...

Game 1 tickets are rare. Right now, the cheapest seats available to purchase are $807. That is he tmost expensive ticket for a regular season opener in the history of the NFL. The most expensive regular season game ticket ever was the Cowboys V 49ers and those were $504. Saying goodbye to TB12 will cost no less than $1000 by game day.

I'll be watching it on TV.
