How long ago was that? The new Ohio is great. Winter lasts like 2 months. We're in the 70s in November and back to the 80s by the end of April, if not March.

2 mos? That's an ATL winter.

It's been a while, but my last corp gig I had to do some market travel to CLE, DET, CHI and it was FEB...snow, wind, bone chilling cold at every stop.

Snow in moderate portions I had no issue with when we lived in NJ...the wife had never seen snow, so the 1st couple of years it wasn't bad, 6'-8" is no big deal up there...but the '93 and '95 noreasters changed her mind about living in the northeast...30-40" at a time. She said enough is enough.

This last year was the coldest winter we've had in 4 years, and we only had 10 days where the high temp was under 32. In fact, February was one of the warmest Februarys on record in Columbus. We even hit the 60s in both December and January.

They have Cleveland as 30-1. If I were a gambling man I would take that bet all day.

I don't think they are the favorites but they are far from the remote chance people claim they are.

On avg...that's still a pretty hard winter by our GA standards.

We have a 10 mo golf season and JAN/FEB if you don't mind starting out in sub 50 temps...there are normally 10-15 days where you would play most of the back 9 in the 50s. We also had a very warm FEB this yr...near 70 several times and kinda fooled some of the plants including my lawn....I wouldn't count on that too often.

Jul/Aug are better than FL, but you can count on heat and humidity for those 2 mos.

That's hilarious. I think there's a far greater chance Lebron ends up in Miami. And with my Heat homerism, I just don't see Lebron coming back.

Reportedly, he's already said he doesn't like Houston - even though moving there would probably give him his best shot at another championship.

If he doesn't like Houston, then he might not go for Oklahoma City, either. His best bets beyond that seem like Boston, Toronto or Washington if he still wants to chase championships; or staying at Cleveland if he wants to continue to do all the heavy lifting in order to keep his team playoff viable.
