Will LeBron ever be seen as better than Kobe in the eyes of Lakers fans?

I never said he wasn’t great, but he’s barely top 10 at best

By timeline all these players are above Kobe:
1. Bill Russell
2. Wilt
3. Kareem
4. Bird
5. Magic
6. Jordan
7. Lebron
8. George Mikan

IMO Kobe belongs in a 1A group of all-time greats, like
1. Shaq
2. Tim Duncan
3. Hakeem
4. Steph Curry

That's just your opinion. Bill Russell has the rings but played with the best team every year. Wilt should have won more with his talent advantage. Miken. I'm old but even I can't talk about how good he was. It was a different game back then.
All the reasons why Bird is an all time great is why Kobe is there. Two guys who weren't overwhelming physically but made themselves great players by working at the game tenaciously. And yes I put bird above Kobe because he didn't even better. Has a Laker fan it makes me want to throw up in my mouth a bit. LOL but you got to appreciate greatness

Bill Russell has the rings but played with the best team every year.

Yet had 5 MVP’s. You’ll have to explain those away

Wilt should have won more with his talent advantage.

But he didn’t. While Wilt was a freak of nature, he didn’t have the same drive to win as Russell. Wilt struggled with practicing his technique and weight issues as his career progressed. He’s one of the few who was able to be an all time great on talent alone, but he was busy running through women late into the night and living a lifestyle.

I never said Kobe wasn’t an all-time great. Being one of the top ten greatest players of all time is quite a feat. He’s just towards the bottom
