Gameday grub I'm making for today. Bro-n-sis-n-law taking an Uber to my place for the game, they live across the street.

Slow cooker carnitas tacos, taco dip, deviled eggs, stuffed mushrooms, jalapeno poppers, & creme brulee.

I cant eat deviled eggs after watching my mother in law prepare them. Getting sick thinking about it.....
Lots of saliva involved. Hygiene is one of the things to go when you get very old apparently......

I do when smoking them, but this is just slow cooking in the oven. Had to get rid of a lot of stuff when I got out of the military and moved across country. I am hoping to finally buy a house this year, then I will allow myself to buy all of the meat cooking toys I want again.

Live in a building so smoking is out of the question. You can get close with a kitchen oven.

The Four Roses Single Barrel (not Small Batch) is a great bourbon. One of my favs.
