Imo, Single Barrel > Yellow Label > Small Batch

Nope. I no longer have the urge to change oil. I pay others to do it.

As for the game, it's myself and my son only. The missus will be upstairs watching PBS or TCM or something not NFL.

She'll grind the soup and sammiges out for us and stomp on the floor when they are ready.

Still 2.5 hours before I start watching though. Right around halftime for you.

Four 30 second jumps usually gets me past... A quick "Fast Forward 30 minutes" chat with my remote gets me past halftime and then I'm good to go.

I've been to too many Superbowl parties with more chick food than guy food, though. Guys have to be active participants or they bring out the goat cheese and beet crackers.

Besides, what else is there to do at halftime than grill? Those stupid shows they have now really drive you outdoors to do meat.

5llbs of brisket just came out of the oven. I’m planning to slice it in about 30 minutes. When I used a fork to move it, the whole thing fell apart. Perfect. We cook it with carrots and potatoes and they were nice and soft.

We are making pigs in a blanket in the air fryer shortly, as well.
