You said it much more concisely and eloquently than I put it... re-sign Lockett to help a new QB... I just thought we'd have something better or drafted something this year... and it just turned out to be a shit QB class. Maybe that was Drew Lock... and woops?

It has been working well so far. First two games I didn't see Geno attempt many passes 15 yards past the line of scrimmage. Carroll was saying in interviews they can't hold Geno back, which tells me that maybe they're letting Geno bake... Let's see how it works in the second half.
