It's a tie between Oregon State and Kansas State. Those two are the epitome of pathetic.

Did you see either game. Those teams were good.

Gonna be a lot more upsets this year. All you need is a QB, a couple receivers, a few blockers and it's bombs away. The spread and the ability of QB's to pass and run at a fast pace is changing the game.

Oregon State...depends on which side of the football is open for disscussion.

Offense...think they punted only twice in the game and put up 46 points. Mannion had great stats...nuff said there.


Defense..Well, that's where the problem laid a golden EWU egg. Forced only 1 punt in the 3rd quart with EWU starting QB taking a blow. Most dis-organized lot I have ever seen with good players returning this year. DC M Banker did nothing right and forgot the 3 most basic things when playing against a mobile QB..."Pressure, Containment and Press Coverage". Guess that asshole forgot all about that when he started the game with a multitude of "dime" packages and 3 man up front rushers. It aint fucking rocket science, 1st question I would have asked in that locker room after the final bell rang is, "OUT OF ALL THE PLAYERS ON THIS TEAM DEFENSIVLY, WHO WANTS TO PLAY THE GAME OF FOOTBALL NEXT WEEK?" And IF I were Riley the 1st guy to take a seat on the pines would be DC BANKER.
