There were a lot of issues today, but nice to see them come up with a win. Trubisky has always had issues focusing in on receivers, but he can throw a nice pass when his anticipated target gets open. In the fourth, the OL gave him enough time to make plays. That last TD pass to Miller was the type of throw that will get him paid.

I was pretty disappointed with the secondary most of the day. They definitely weren't in form like they have been the last two years. Our DL looked rough most of the day as well. However, there is something to be said for a team that can make big plays when they have to, and I can't be sad about 1-0.

Time to keep the momentum going. With that schedule, there's no reason they can't be at least 5-1 after 6. And they probably will need to be considering how rough the middle part of that schedule is.

I promise the rest of my posts for today's game will be positive - I mean how can they not be when going into the 4th quarter our beloved Bears were down 23-6. But how the fuck do you allow Swift to get behind three defenders near the end of the game and thankfully drop what should have been a gimmee winner for the Lions? Seriously, that was a horrible defensive call.

Ok, now that I got that out of my system.................GO BEARS!!!!!!!!! Great, gutty come-from-behind win. So proud of them!! That TD pass from Trubs to Miller was a thing of beauty.

I was watching the local coverage on Fox before the game. Bears Game Day Live or whatever it's called. Trubisky said something along the lines of "to all my critics, just watch."
