I also wonder why these types of rumors are brought up, especially after we have had such a great start to the season. That said. I have always been on the Matthew Stafford bandwagon. From his very first day he was drafted by the Lions. If the Vikings traded Sam Darnold for Matthew Stafford straight up. I wouldn't be mad. That's the only trade I would be OK with. Nothing against Darnold, just my fanboy want to see Stafford sling the football around in purple.

i figured before season we'd be a wild card contender. Hot start was nice, but I didn't ever think we were one of the top teams.

Haven't heard an update on Darrisaw's injury, but if he's out for the season, the Vikes can kiss the season goodbye. There's no adequate replacement on the team.
