was running last night and saw a storm drain cover on the corner of a property that had thick ass chain wrapped and bolted around the manhole cover ... stopped to go look and read the sign to see what kind of clown creature from a Steven King novel are they keeping locked down in the drain and saw the sign said "contaminated line do not open" right next to the ubiquitous "warning ... high pressure pipeline ... do not dig" markers that are around my neighbourhood

This move makes no sense. The UK's corporate tax rate is being lowered to 19%. The US just lowered theirs from 35% to 21%. Does this mean the US is also a corporate tax haven?
