I'm So High Right Now
I agree, it is high time for a NFL franchise here. Of course we're in the running for the shittiest of em all, but...
The Jaguars?
Toronto wouldn't even know what to do if they got an NFL team. They don't even come close to filling up a stadium, and everyone shows up wearing a jersey from a different team. I think I saw a whole group of people one time wearing "Free Mandela" shirts to a game.
What's funny is since 2000, the Leafs and Sabres have each made the playoffs 6 times. Of those 6 playoffs, both teams have won 5 series. The main difference is that Toronto had a span of 9 years in between playoff appearances.
Yeah, but the Leafs are 32-46-5 against the Sabres since 2000, and we have a strong history of not throwing waffles on the ice.

Oh please...everyone knows that Canadians will gladly give away their car for free, and say their sorry while doing it.
