This may have already been discussed, but how are the Redskins so valuable? Doesn't shock me that the Patriots surpassed them in value, but how are they more valuable than say the Steelers, Packers, Giants?

I honestly can't go anywhere without seeing a Steelers jersey, especially on the East coast. I wonder if it's because the Cowboys stadium costs more?

Redskins are playing in a relatively new, state of the art stadium and play in one of the most valuable markets in the NFL. Those make up the bulk of their value that isn't derived from simply existing in the NFL.
