Orioles offseason has been strange but I guess they landed Davis and added Alvarez, who cant really play 1st or 3rd? Not much on the pitching front it didnt seem for them either, but hey I like Buck.

Based on what I just read it might be Davis in the OF, Trumbo at 1B and Alvarez at DH

Their offense has definitely been upgraded if Trumbo and Alvarez can hit HR's, though neither hit for avg really. The pitching and their pitching injuries is what would concern me as an O's fan? Anything can happen though I guess and we will have to see how their season plays out

If everyone stays healthy then I still see about 80-100 games for him approx. 320-400 plate appearances

1B platoon, time in LF and RF, some 3B time maybe

A little while ago I was looking and it showed Hernandez hit a 2R-HR for the Dodgers and they went ahead 2-1. Then a looked later and it was back to 1-0 Rangers. Was the HR overturned on replay?

I think it is going to take someone getting intermittently benched or hurt for him to get the necessary ABs for him to show his full potential. I think Mitch and/or DeShields playing time will have to be diminished more than just sitting Mitch against lefties to get Rua adequate playing time. That may just happen though. It will be interesting to see how it works out. At this point I would feel good if Rua started 130-140 games this year.

No replay. The umps got together and over turned it.
