NP - understand - we are all kind of in the same boat & just looking for improvement. Great thing @ the NFL is that it can actually occur from season to season & hope is at a high pt this time of year.

I'll be ecstatic if my Raiders can show gradual improvement and finish 7-9 or 8-8.
