It's actually worse than negating the Seattle win, it was a divisional loss.

The Eagles are now 2-0 in the division and have a lead over Dallas there.

As for taking the night off, no, I think it was a hard fought game. Questionable play calling down the stretch for the Cowboys, and extremely questionable move to put Romo back in, but I think it was a well earned loss and not a fluke. Washington was better.

I agree, especially about putting Romo back in. He played scared after that. At least it seemed that way to me. Weeden does get reps with the first team during the week so it's not like he was unprepared.

Really annoyed with the coaches that Washington brought so many all-out blitzes, especially on 3rd down, and they never had an answer for it. And it was the reason Romo got hurt.


Washington and McCoy still played a great game, and I really wasn't surprised by the outcome.

DeMarco's pass blocking looked like shit on those 3rd downs. Dallas is stupid for not utilizing screens as well. They did once last night, and it worked great. That was it. Just once.

Agreed..the play calling was suspect. Quick outs to the receivers and screens with the line stacked on pass plays should have been the norm, not the exception. They just pinned the Cowboys ears back and kept on coming.
