At crunch time, they were gone.
Amazingly, Foles won the game with ONLY Todd Herremans in there.

I'm not a fan of the whole injury narrative. If you want to go there, Skins had a hell of a lot more injuries than the Eagles did, in more areas. Starting at the QB position. And please, our OLine has had LESS talent than Phillys OLine for years now.

No excuses, Foles did an amazing job yesterday. My respect to him. He pulled the win out. Skins had chances to win that game and they came up short.

Really nice job by Capt Kirk, but can't like the last series he played. Had the chance to really make a statement...came up short.

Just one game, we will see what we have when we have a larger sample to look at. So far, I like what is see.

exactly and from what I read about Dooshawn..he didn't get it about losing based on a tweet he sent out after the game.

Well it could've been worse if the great Carrie Williams wasn't tired from all the "hard practices"(puss)

and the Eagles defense didn't suck as a whole....

There was NO dominating win and/or performance by the Eagles in this division game. None. But the only stat that matters went the Eagles way...the win. So kudos to ya'll.


And maybe it coulda been worse, but I don't think so. Just as I said before the game... I knew the Eagles wouldn't be placing a beat down on the skins. And...up the coulda lane of thought...if our STs weren't pee wee...skins coulda had a win as well.


I'm not big on the excuses...Yall pulled it out and got the win. So I'm grudgingly given you credit. Poop.

Yep, someone asked Kelly about it and he said Williams didn't even practice last week, he did sit down with him and they have no issues, in Eagles lingo, that means the will be gone at the end of the season...

I wouldn't say that, I mean Foles took some serious shots, ( including cheap shots) and still played pretty darn good, that's a huge statement to me....

Foles looked solid. Much better than in his first 2 games. That Oline is gonna be an issue tho.

That's fine maybe you should be talking about a QB controversy in DC, now granted the kid was facing a Billy Davis shit defense, but was still very very good????

Yep, Steiger for us is banged up, Laovau not looking so hot, Chester is a real weak spot and Polumbus is banged up too. Our Oline is just a few injuries away from being done. And other than Trent, hasn't been top grade for a few years.

The trenches...no depth...

I'm not a homer, I know damn well this defense is 2 to 3 drafts away from being serious, I was surprised they didn't take a corner in the higher rounds last year....
