The foul was before the shot, but there was an unambiguous foul (remember that Miami had a foul to give, so he was probably doing it on purpose).

Thunder definitely didn't deserve to win. Too many stupid mistakes, but they still brought it down to the wire. Miami is going to have to hope they do it again if they want to win this.
