heaping spoonful of canned diced green chilies
fine diced jalapeno to yer liking...usually half to one is good
good handful of cilantro, chopped
garlic...minced or powder
cumin
kosher salt
white pepper

Damn, that sounds like my pico minus the green chilis and cumin. that and a red onion instead of a yellow one. Oh and I put a little oil and lemon/lime juice in it. Other than that it's exactly the same. lol

I use cream cheese, but that looks like you're using a different filler. What is it?

Cream cheese, monterrey jack, and shallots with a little ground chipotle pepper.

Then top with a lil smokey and wrap with bacon.

Smoked Sausage, Bacon, Biscuits and Gravy, Country Ham, Fried Apples, Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs, Hashbrowns, Cheese Grits, Skillet Fried Chicken, Corn Pudding, Coffee

It's a big Southern plantation house in Nashville and you eat family style. :drool:

Will only be eating once today (maybe all weekend).
