He'll get more money to stay in Miami. He should ask Wade to retire before resigning though. That dudes dead weight at this point.
It's actually not a stretch in the near future, especially as Wade is 32 and declining while the Cavs have young guys that could be an excellent supporting case in the near future along with the #1 pick this year.
Look at the guys around him that Lebron would have in Cleveland:
Irving (age 21): 20+ ppg, 6 apg
Thompson (age 22): 11.7 ppg, 9.2 rpg
Waters (age 22): 15.9 ppg
Wiggins (presuming drafted #1)
There's also the opportunity to re-sign Dawes (13.2 ppg, 8.3 rpg), and that would be quite a good team with Lebron.
Lebron is lookin to win now. He doesn't have time to wait for players to grow. If he goes to Cleveland he's not winning anything until.maybe 2017. He may leave.Miami but it won't be to go to Cleveland.
Wade has one bad series and he's dead weight. Dude avg.19, 5, & 5 on 54% shooting in the regular season. In the ecf he avg 20,5, & 5 on 55% shooting. He had a bad series in the finals.....it happens
Wiggins is overrated. They would contend in the east but they wouldn't beat anyteam out west if they make.finals
Hes in a lose lose as far as his image and likeability are concerned. I personally think staying in Miami would look better and show some committment especially after this years loss. If he leaves hes just gonna look like a championship chaser, who can only win on the next big thing team. It proves hes nowhere near GOAT material.
I would think Cleveland with Wiggins and Lebron would instantly contend for the East.
Calm down. Lebron James opting out could simply mean he is going to take less money to make room for Carmelo Anthony.
How do you know wiggins is overrated? The dude is like 18 years old![]()
