Any word on Mebane's injury??? And what about KJ...he should be returning either divisional round or at the latest the nfc championship game if we get there right?

I was hoping Sherman had gotten that 9th pick in the end zone. Would have sealed the DPOY right there. Voters are going to be enamored by Quinn's sack numbers, but if they watch game tape it goes to Sherman or Earl hands down.

I wouldn't call a "potential" high ankle sprain good news with the playoffs starting. We wouldn't see Wilson back until the Super Bowl. I'm hoping for something less severe.

well, yeah, a high ankle sprain isn't good news. But, he has a shot to play again since it's not broken.

I think they'll be meeting in the div game.

Maybe not. Dallas may pull this off and NO can beat them. Rob Ryan knows their offense and without Romo, I think the Saints win that matchup. If they do, then we play the Saints and the Niners face the Panthers in Carolina.

Yeah, you're right. Dallas is the one place I would bet on NO to win at.

Great news on Luke willson. No break and maybe a high ankle sprain. Has a shot to play in playoffs which is great because it looked bad. Everything thing else is looking good. Winning the best division in football is huge.

Thank you very much for the update on Willson. I was wondering about that.

Out of all the teams in the NFC that scare me in the playoffs are the Panthers, because of that Defense can keep them in games.

Its not ideal, but a break would have 100% ended his season where as a high ankle sprain gives him a chance to come back. Wagner had a high ankle sprain and came back in 2 weeks. Still think he's a long shot for the next game though but if we advance he could return.

In fairness, Wagner came back too soon. He wasn't himself for a while there after he got back. The frustrating part of this injury to Willson is that it didn't have to happen. If the officials hadn't waved off the previous pass to him with a penalty that even the announcers said should have been a different penalty that would have resulted in a free play, Willson would have caught a wide-open pass and might have gone for six instead. Too often, the officials blow their whistles too soon in that situation, negating positive plays for the offense on the field that shouldn't have been negated.

Agreed. Sherman is a special talent. He has the coverage ability of Revis and the turnover ability of a WR playing CB.

Earl had a great year but I think DPOY should go to Sherman, hands down.

Our game yesterday was painful to watch. That defense is something scary and the main reason I can't see an upset in Seattle. Congrats on a great year and good luck in the playoffs.
