March Madness > Bowl Season
March Madness > Bowl Season
Too damn early to talk about hoops.
Nobody got time for that.
But for real though, I used to like basketball. I played one year of small college ball.
Always have started following CBB after the bowl games. NBA, tune in occasionally.
Just isnt the same. The college product is terrible compared to what it was with all the stars in the sport being one and dones.
And the NBA is just kind of boring nowdays til playoff time.
Well yeah. College bball >>>>> NBA
You really should pay attention to your Ducks bball team. They are pretty decent.
Uofa will probably be good at basketball, but it's annoying with all the wait till basketball season crap it's to early other schools in the conference are tired of hearing it. You also said Marshall and Mckissic suck Asu basketball fans can't say anything?
I never said Marshall and McKissic suck (Who is Mckisic?) I just said Marshall is a ball hog that shot less than 40% at Penn St. At least U of A has an identity. All ASU is known for is women and parties.
Tell me what attracts football players more (except money).
Are you guys serious when you say you don't follow college basketball? Just curious to as to why? You really think college football is that much better? Or do you just not like the sport of basketball?

I try to watch all the ASU games but college basketball doesn't even come close to football for me. Maybe if we had a better program I'd care more.
To me March Madness doesn't even come close to bowl season. Hell, I care more about the College World Series.

Football > > > > > > > > Basketball in general. I loosely follow college basketball, but I wouldn't go out of my way to watch a game. Most games end up decided in the last 5 minutes and those that aren't probably weren't worth watching. Football is so much more interesting and every game is dire in terms of consequence.
If you guys had a legit bball squad im sure you would feel differently.
Do we not this year? What is so special about UA Nick Johnson shooting 2/10 at the red and blue scrim? Your lack of 3pt shooters?
No ASU does not have a legit squad. Sure you have a good squad compared to most years but you are still predicted to come in 7th in the conference. About the only bragging point you have is Jahii Carson. And if you take stats from the red blue game seriously you might as well take stats from the NBA all star game seriously.
Predictions matter? Oh okay who ever said that most of not known we have the point guard in the nation who dominated more than anyone as a freshmen and has developed a 3pt shot, he's improved his passing, and he's stronger. Bach is the best shot blocker in the nation. Along with Jermaine who fills in for the cancer Evan Gordon. Gilling who's one of the better spot up shooters. Are these the same people who said Aaron Gordon could win PAC 12 player of the year over Jahii?
It's a football game and a lot of things can happen. As I recall MM put the rock on the carpet a couple of times last week (In only 3 quarters, right?). He better not be so cavalier against this young and gambling Bruins defense! They will show up and play hard. But they are just totally over matched. The timing is perfect for Oregon and terrible for UCLA.
Deep down, most UCLA fans and the team knows what is in store Saturday.
If ASU can't even make the dance and Gordon is a key piece to Arizona making a deep run in March sure Aaron Gordon should win over Jahii.
