The PAC 12 plays all it's ooc games up front. All remaining games are IN conf and "beating each other up". That means 50% will win while 50% have to lose. The top has to win more but that causes the bottom to lose more, making them look worse. Without a play-off system, there will never be a real champion. Only a VOTED IN one.
