Even if the refs "blew it" I think they actually would've had a case for the refs to discuss it with themselves had Wisconsin not acted like there was a minute left on the game clock. They weren't even fully set for the spike so how can you blame that on the refs?
Watch it again. The offensive line was almost set completely, and if the ASU players hadn't jumped on the ball they would've been able to snap the ball in far more than enough time to spike it and set up the FG.
