I actually have a terrible habbit that gets me through the long rides. With that disclaimer said, I have Netflix on my Iphone and I put it up on my dash board and watch TV to and from.....

Its a crazy thing. I think it keeps me calm in traffic so I'm not "on edge" or "aggressive" but on the opposite end of that I know I'm not 100% focused on the road. It does help the time pass however.
