We are now tied with Calgary for 13th place .1 out of 14th place on the PP. This combined with the 9 shorthanded goals against doesn't say much for our PP this season.

Royally fucking sucks.

Has any one else noticed from the last few games espescially-Leafs,Devils,Jets,that they look like they,ve been thrown together for the 1st time,and haven't got a clue what their linemates are doing?

I hope they draft nothing but forwards-left wingers 1st-and pick up 1 or 2 goal scorers from free agency.
Yes,they're stuck with bad contracts,but mostly bad players.

He's an unrestricted free agent this summer, so they can only trade his negotiating rights. Probably couldn't get much for those.

i dont know how to look this up but id love to know our 5 on 3 PP percentage.

I would say it is 1 for 14. So, that's 7.1%...which is laughable...

Love the optimism. Our boys did themselves in and nobody to blame but themselves. Mediocre play majority of the season. Obviously we have the talent. They won like 10 straight. They have shown that they can beat top teams in the league. I think leadership is our weakest link to be honest. Good leaders would have this team ready to play every night and especially versus the weaker teams ( NJ, Buf, Carolina, etc).

This is only this year the problems with 5 on 3 go back a few years.

Think it's safe to say our PP was pretty good then took an early vacation lol. Our 5 on 3 was pathetic. We need to look at our special teams coach too. I mean how does your PP just fall apart?
