3 games ahead of a hot Florida team (1 point back)
2 games ahead of a better LA team (1 point back)
2 games ahead of a better TB team (4 points back)

Not that unrealistic that they could have a top 10 pick this season. Probably not top 5 (barring a lottery win) because the teams at the bottom really suck.

Outside of Patrick and Heschier though this draft seems super weak.

Unfortunately if we dont start shipping guys out we will be looking at these types of stats in February for years to come.

It looked like he was offsides......
Even the replay and everything showed offsides....
They got a picture from the replay that showed it and it left question in your mind, but it just seems the way thing go for us with the striped assholes.

That embellishment call was total friggin bullshit too.

I think you wont see major moves until the season ends unfortunately, They need to clear room for the up and coming kids and try to land at least one good free agent.

I could see before Manning fought them going at him but then he fought and it shouldve been over after he took his lumps vs a heavyweight but they were still going at him even after he fought and still nobody did a thing.

I would move at least MDZ and Streit at/before the deadline and call up the Sanheim/Morin pair. I want to see them at the NHL level.

If noting else they have good size while still being able to skate. That would be 13 feet and about 430 pounds of a defense pairing.

After getting pushed around by the Oilers last night, I was thinking this would be a good thing.

This team just baffles the hell out of me......

I'll use last nights game for an example....

The Flyers had 36 SOG yet only scored 3 goals
The Oilers had 25 SOG and had scored 6 goals

Our offense is dismal, cant hit the back of the net to save their lives.
The D is said to be good, yet 11 SOG less and they allow double the points.
