The towering 26-year-old defensive defenseman spent four-plus seasons with the Phantoms and dressed in 16 NHL games for the Flyers (15 at the end of the lockout-shortened 2012-13 season and one late last season). Lauridsen will wear number 25 with his new team.

I always thought he could make it as a 3rd pairing guy. Problems is that we have too many other options at this point.
