Adidas lands NHL jersey deal - Article - TSN

This absolutely sucks, how can you put ads on traditional jerseys like the Original Six and other teams like the Flyers? The league needs to stop being $ loving hogs, they can make money in many different ways instead of something stupid like this

Honestly I don't think a small ad would be that bad but it certainly gives the NHL less credibility. Would really separate us from the NFL, NBA, and MLB. Kind of pathetic to stoop this low.

Hopefully there aren't any horrible redesigns. Especially not to us.

I hope they don't do any drastic redesigns - the three stripes for the Adidas thing to me even seems too much

The concussion hurt Laughton's development last season and I think he dropped down the list. I don't know if he got any bigger than last season but he definitely needs to put on more size for his style of play.
