Reminds me of when I played Boys Club ball in MD. There were age & weight threshholds.. the younger you were the heavier you were allowed to be, but it was only 10 lbs for every year. We used to scimmage against a team from DC.. from a PAL league. It wasn't an official game and they clearly didn't impose the same restrictions. We were 12 YO & under. One of their RBs was about 6'2" and pushing 200 lbs. Fortunately he wasn't very good and could barely get out of his own way, but it still took a couple of us to bring him down.
