We're staying in Van Horn to the east... I'm flying out of Midland/Odessa. Had a few other guys speak of eating there before they fly home out of EP.

I'm going try the "man vs food" steak at The Big Texan in Amirllo when head up to Fog territory shortly. We all know we can't do it, but about ten of us are trying.

They grow, butcher, and age the beef they serve right on the property. Maybe 25 minutes out of El Paso proper, but worth it once in a while. La Mansion on the Juarez side is also a terrific restaurant.
