That is why I stated at the end "Maybe", dude.

At 24, I think he's pretty much who he's going to be. Maybe he surprises with more upside and physical development, but it would definitely be a surprise to me at this point.

I agree. Maybe Moses Brown will suffice down the road since he is a vet and is a tad bigger.

Trying to be positive, but Moses needs to show more than he has in summer league. Small sample size with little time to ramp up, but he's been OK.

13 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocks.

Bronny showing some progress over the last 2 games.

I would release Reddish and add Moses.

Wood is more of a PF. Moses would give us some size.

Unless you want to go over the 2nd apron (and severely limit your trade options), they can't just cut and add. They currently have what, $45K of cap space under the 2nd apron?

Trade Reddish along with a 2nd rounder to a team that has cap space.....the team acquiring him cuts him and gets a pick for their troubles then.

Probably easier than trading several guys and a few 2nd rounders for cap space.

This would finally get James what he has always wanted and then he can join others like Michael Jordon as Black owners.

Stupidest trade proposal ever.

Guy hasn’t been healthy for 2 seasons, and this guy suggests the Lakers give up the farm for him.
No way that trade happens. Charlotte would have to be high as fuck.

So would the Lakers, DJ. This one may happen around the deadline but def iffy. Valanciunas isn't an upgrade than what we already have especially with Moses Brown playing so well in the summer league.

Jonas would be perfect.

Moses Brown is just a backup big. Nothing more.

The Wizards are going to be a bad team and could be enticed to sell for matching salaries and a 2nd. Maybe 2 2nd rounders.

Brown might move ahead of Castleton for a bench spot.

I don't know about perfect. Jonas has been declining and isn't much defensively these days. Better than what they have? Sure, but low bar to clear there lol.

A backup big is what the Lakers need. With Lebron and AD on the roster, those are your starters and 4 and 5. Lebron at the 3 is a defensive liability. They need the option to put AD at the 4, but not a big money starter that essentially moves AD to the 4. Jonas is at least cheap, but he would still likely come off the bench in at 75% of matchups.
