How close to Okur were you? Was he the car right in front of you?

Fattening up on McDonalds at the drive-thru in the car in front of me… from downtown.

What’s the post mortem for Quin Snyder? Did his old Missouri skeletons come back out and cause the team to abort his offense? They went from elegant and unselfish passing to a completely selfish ego centric offense over night. At times, I felt like Snyder was a little too slick and made things more complicated than necessary in a game where athleticism and length eventually prevail. I guess maybe I’d call him gimmicky, but for about 35 games there I thought we were legit contenders.

The team took too many 3's sometimes. And they gave up too many 3's.

If they could have solved those, they would have had deeper runs.

I would have stuck with Snyder, because I think he's good enough, where he could have adjusted at some point.

But I'm also looking forward to Hardy. A lot of other teams were trying to sign him too, and had interviewed him.

It looks like someone tried to tell him that if he shaved his head, he would look like Kobe, but then when he decided that it wasn’t working, he stopped the shaver.

I wouldn't boo Gobert and Mitchell because they didn't want to leave.

They were traded by Zanik in a rebuilding effort.

They did the best they could when they were here.

Can someone post the Gobert tribute video? I want to see if it's good.

A rhyme I just thought of.

I see Paris, I see socks.

I see Rudy blocking shots.

Let's say after the 2003-2004 season, Malone returns to the Jazz; there's a trade that sends Gary Payton to the Jazz, and John Stockton returns to the Jazz.

(Payton was under contract for 2004-2005, so a trade would have been needed).

What are 3 more players you could have surrounded them with?

I'd suggest young players. 1 PF/C; 1 SF; 1 bench player, probably guard, but not necessarily.

What are 3 non expensive players that would have fit in?

I can see Stockton and Payton being ok playing together, because there's a respect between them.

I guess Kirilenko was still on the team, so let's take him.

The Jazz signed Okur and Boozer.

For the guard, between Giricek and Bell, pick one, I'd be fine with either. They were both pretty cheap.

I was about to say, no way Okur comes if he's not starting.

But then I noticed, Jarron Collins and Curtis Borchardt were starters for many games, and not Okur.

So maybe Okur would have been ok not starting.

So how about this lineup, with Okur getting the 28 mpg he still got:

Malone
Boozer
Kirilenko
Payton
Stockton

Okur
Bell
Giricek

Looks solid, with a lot of nice shooting off the bench. Just have to have health.

This is why I hated the Philadelphia trade to Brooklyn because now, even though I didn’t know that Jacque Vaughn was going to coach Brooklyn, I can’t root for him to do well because it’ll just make SI’m one win. He’s too petty to acknowledge if they win inspite of him.

I think that they were calling this technical to let Grayson Allen know that if he does anything it will actually be considered for what it is:

Funny voice recognition error time!

That one actually is an auto complete, where I was trying to fix Simone to Simmons, and I think when I type the im it changed to to SI’m or something like that. That usually happens when I try to correct part of a word and don’t notice that it changed it.

Yes, once his mother submitted the paternity test, he belongs to whoever you were texting. Bad news is that they owe back child support but maybe he’ll give them an autograph.

When John Lennon was a kid, his father left him. When Lennon became famous, suddenly, his father was wanting to be a dad. When he requested money, Lennon gave it to him, because he felt that refusing would make the father more important. In his view, he believed that his dad was so little important to him that he didn’t care to fight it. He is thinking that he wanted his father to be a father and his father just wanted money.

Unrelated, of course, but when my great uncle passed away, he had a girlfriend, and in his will, he gave an annual amount to take care of his dog. A good time after he passed, the girlfriend was still collecting that money. My aunt asked whether they should stop paying because the dog is clearly dead by now based upon the years, the legal advice she received was that if she refuses to pay that amount, the girlfriend could try to claim other things since they were together. They didn’t live together, but at this point, it would be hard to prove things. So that was an example of when you just give in like Lennon did.

So the will didn't have a definite time table, such as "until the dog is no longer alive"?

What else could the girlfriend have claimed, in relation so the dog payment issue?
