Let me add:

“Going back to wentz for the most critical game of the year after the locker room liked TH only to see your pet project shit the bed, the floor, the path to the toilet, and the entire bathroom.”

“I’m not as concerned about the oline as some people.”

Scott Turner awful predictable playcalling.

Time to fire these fucking fools.
I agree.
Those are the culprits
Rivera
Turner
Wentz

They need to go ASAP.
I wish that the new owner would take control tomorrow.
Rivera will ruin yet another off-season.
I wish Snyder would have announced he was selling in August, not November.
This team will not move forward until Rivera and his circus have left the building.

Grant Paulsen a hilarious comment today "most Washington fans yell for Wentz to be pulled for throwing an incompletion so they can cheer for Heinicke to throw an incompletion." :pound:

I heard him today too. It's going to take an adult to move Heinicke off this roster. The dumb dumb fans will chant Heinicke next year at the first sign of trouble with a veteran QB.

The only way to have Heinicke on the roster next year is to draft a QB in the top 15. That top 15 QB will be sexy enough for the casuals that they might not demand Heinicke at the first sign of trouble.

Gruden is all in on the Skins going to get Carr. Grant and Danny were a good listen today.

I get fans not wanting Wentz but TH isn't the guy either.

I have no idea what the (fingers crossed) new owner will do.

We are on the same page here and have been . But the dean factor threw it off track ,

what wince supporters forgot is he isn’t a leader . 2 yrs in a row it was laid out for him and he laid an egg .

people just don’t rally around him for whatever reason .

falco is a cardiac arrest waiting to happen

well if gruden thinks we should get carr, then we should definitely run the other way.

Nah, Gruden was the only one with the stones to tell Dan RG3 can't play and if you continue to make me play him I will lose the locker room.

Gruden handed the ball Kirk when Dan and a large portion of the fanbse myself included thought that is was a hasty decision.

I trust Jay on QB.

Whatever it is y'all are smoking pass the dutchie on the left hand side. Wild horses couldn't drag McVay, or either Kyle, Shanny or Snith back to Washington.

Oh, I didn't even factor in a Life Without Snyder scenario. I must be the one trippin. And I didn't even bring my luggage. damn.

Well under those circumstances yeah, bring back K Smith n McVay. One thing to consider though with McVay. Maybe this 5-11 season will snap him out of it, but if not. He'll wheel n deal away entire drafts going after players he wants and it's cool when it works, but when it doesn't will peeps be OK it?

I was thinking the same thing. Ran up the bill, traded away every asset and the bounced....?

McVay is smart though. Thirty-six years old with a ring. He's the one that got away. If you can keep him away from the checkbook, you have a top 6 coach for a decade or more.

He will probably demand some sort of roster control, because I'm sure he'll have several suitors. Maybe he learned his lesson.

Maybe he stays with the Rams or goes into TV and stays there. Wait and see.

I think it is called dreaming. :D As kbso said ... who knows what is possible with a new owner. I have wanted Kyle as HC since when he was here. Sean is waffling a bit too much for me at the moment.

The Skins W/L record against winning teams in the RR regime.

Winning team is defined as such. When the Skins faced said team, that team had a W/L record of .500 or better.

In 2020 the Skins lost to the 1-0 Cardinals, the 1-1 Browns, the 2-1 Ravens and the 3-1 Rams. They did beat the 11-0 Steelers So in 2020 the Skins were 1-4 against teams that had a .500 or better records when they played Washington in the regular season . They then went 0-1 in the postseason against the 11-5 Bucs for an overall 1-5 W/L record against teams who were .500 or better.

In 2021 the Skins lost to the 2-1 Bills, the 2-2 Saints, and the 5-1 Packers. The Skins then defeated the 6-2 Bucs, the 5-5 Panthers and the 6-5 Raiders. They then lost to the 8-4 Cowboys, the 10-4 Cowboys and the 8-7 Eagles. So in 2021 against teams that were .500 or better the Skins were 3-6.

in 2022 the Skins have lost to the 2-0 Eagles, the 2-1 Cowboys and the 2-2 Titans. They defeated the 3-3 Packers, the 3-3-1 Colts, lost to the 6-1 Vikings, then beat the 8-1 Eagles. Tied the 7-4 Giants, then lost to the 7-5-1 Giants to presently sit at 3-5-1 against teams that were .500 or better with 2 games against teams that will be .500 or better in the 9ers n Cowboys who are both 10-4 at present.

So in his 2+ years as HC. RR is 7-16-1 against teams who've had a .500 or better record when they faced the Skins. That's a .312 winning percentage against these teams with 2 games pending against teams in this category.

If the Skins win those 2 games that'll make them 9-16-1 giving the Skins and RR a .365 winning percentage in such games.

Losing both and going 7-18-1 would mean a .288 winning percentage

And going 1-1 would mean 8-17-1 would mean a .326 winning percentage.

Are any of those finishes worthy of another season or contract for RR in your mind?

Most teams have similar success against winning teams. That is why most teams are .500 and below. It is a ridiculous statistic.

Went to his first Super Bowl at what? Age 33, 34. Smart indeed n full of energy. It kinda does set off an alarm though if he steps away ftrom the game after this yeah. Was it an burn-out over time or just this season and if it was this season. Its a kinda what did you expect type deal. You can get some great players and/or players with a skill-set that meshes well with what you play-call, but it comes at cost of depth. Just ask any Skins fan over the last 20 years about that. McVay made it work.........twice even one could say.
