Payton and Fangio was always my dream pairing. Fangio runs a 34 though. Definitely an upgrade.
Are you sure about a 34 being an upgrade. That would might put either Payne or Allen on the bench as well as likely making them NGs. who's main job is to occupy multiple OL?

Yeah, I said that in a previous thread. Fangio doesn't fit what we have. I wanted Fangio before I realized he ran a 34.

Make it 7-17-1 against teams with a winning record for RR and the Skins during the RR regime. For a .300 winning percentage. And the beat goes on,

yep that pair of 4th and ones were costly
I don’t blame him for going for them. You’re not going to beat the 49s with fig and punts

I’m sure everybody has some reasoning for shitcanning RR and staff. Probably some people have reasons as to why he should stay.

Here are my reasons why he should be fired:

-gambled on Wentz. Wentz sucked before he got injured.

-gambled on oline signings, mostly from Carolina. Oline sucks this year, contributing to redskins sucking.

-poor roster building - Bostic is terrible, no lbs, poor oline depth, and the seemingly only solution is to hire carolina retreads.

-bad coordinator decisions at times - defense to start the year, every year, offense has a few great gameplans and a few horrible ones.

-commanders are never prepared after a break - first game of the year, after byes.

-Commanders are consistently outcoached, often by coaches in their first or second year as head coaches (see Brian DaBoll).

-their are innovative coaches out there to be hired. Hell, steal practically anybody from Andy Reid’s staff…

-there are plenty of weapons already on the team: TM is a legit #1 wr, Dotson looks very good, Samuels is very good, have a legit rb tandem, that are being wasted.

Your thoughts?
I’ll break down each and every one of your points

On Wentz. Thinking he (Rivera) could bring him back to 2016 form

On online you are aware this is thing thing in the nfl called the cap right

Del rio has led a Super Bowl defense. Turner has bloodlines

There is this thing in the nfl called a cap if you were unaware

Rivera is the GM/coach. NM. I’m making your arguments for you

Fuck it fire everyone and start over. Then we can start a new 35 year plan

I’m not sure if your post is meant to be a joke or not, but either way, it……..needs work.

There’s a cap? Del Rio once was good? 35 year plan?

Ummmmm yeeeeaaahhhhhh. Sure. Good points.

I understand why he went for the 1st one. Though I do question using Gibson given the type of play that was ran. Going for it at their own 30 though at the time felt like a straight panic move.

Something to consider - had they went for the FG and made it of course. Instead of 30-20 n having to go for 2 to make it a one score game, That you can at best only tie if you score another TD and make another 2 pt conv. It would've been 30-24 after CS's TD and you have a chance to take the lead with a TD and xtra pt.

Payne, Allen and Ridgeway are the the three with Chase and Sweat as DEs.

Yeah, I'm not flat out saying a 34 defense won't work and it would be fresh to have coaches that value LBs (I still can't believe RR n JDR really don't) They could even rotate both Oayne n Allen to DE every so often. Being a NG would be physically more demanding and have an impact of their stats.

Ridgeway would have to pay nose which is sort of what he has played so far. You have to have great corners to play 3-4, they have to step and tackle.

Those Ends are essentially LB's which neither Young or Sweat are. They are DE's in a 4-3.

I didn't say it was perfect but what else is outside LBer in a 3-4 .... Kerrigan, Miller, Mack ... c'mon be real

It is actually no different than when they put Ridgeway in a 5-2 or 5-1 defense.

Let me add:

“Going back to wentz for the most critical game of the year after the locker room liked TH only to see your pet project shit the bed, the floor, the path to the toilet, and the entire bathroom.”

“I’m not as concerned about the oline as some people.”

Scott Turner awful predictable playcalling.

Time to fire these fucking fools.
