The 12th Man Banner Just Flew By

So I'm sitting in my office, which is at 9th & Terry (right off of Madison up on First Hill). I'm staring out the window, and I see a small plane fly by with a blue banner with the #12 on it.

Wonder who arranged that seeing as we aren't playing this weekend.
