Lebron got 2 teams that shouldnt have been there in the Finals. I see it as 2-2, bc he overachieved in the other 2. Regardless, as long as he wins one for Cleveland he will be a legend.
he hand picked this team, again. they got hurt. injuries happen in sports and cannot be pointed to.its a part of the thing called sports.

"Yeah. If coach would've put me in fourth quarter... we'd have been state champions, no doubt. No doubt in my mind. You better believe things would have been different. I'd have gone pro...in a heartbeat. I'd be makin' millions of dollars and... livin' in a... big ol' mansion somewhere. You know, soakin' it up in a hot tub with my soul mate."

So far this morning, the national narratives have all been towards Lebron and the Cavs.

I mean, would it be so bad to let the Warriors first title in 40 years sink in before saying that they had the trophy basically gifted to them? Or how Lebron was the true MVP? Or how the Cavs will win it all next year when healthy. Or will Kevin Love or Lebron opt out?

It's amazing...

Brady acknowledges injury, says he'll play in Super Bowl XLII

Brady acknowledges injury, says he'll play in Super Bowl XLII
1/31/2008 - TOM BRADY NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
  • Associated Press

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Relax, Patriots fans. A smiling Tom Brady says not to worry about his much publicized and photographed
ankle. It won't keep him out of Sunday's Super Bowl.

New England's star quarterback walked up the three short steps to the podium with ease Sunday night, showing no signs of the right ankle injury that had become such a hot topic since he was spotted wearing a protective boot last Monday.

"It's feeling good. I'll be ready to go," Brady said with a
smile as the AFC champions met the media for the first time shortly
after arriving in Phoenix.

It was also the first time Brady acknowledged he was injured in the
AFC Championship Game.

"It was in the San Diego game, I think in the third quarter,"
Brady said, referring the Patriots' 21-12 victory last Sunday.

Since then, Brady hasn't practiced, but said he moved a little
bit during the week and "shuffled around."

"I'm not concerned about how it's going to affect my play," he
said. "This won't keep me out."

The face of New England's franchise reportedly has a minor high
ankle sprain. He wore a protective boot on his right foot last
Monday in New York while visiting supermodel girlfriend Gisele
Bundchen, causing a major stir and concern among Patriots fans.

"I was just trying to get into the house as fast as I could,"
Brady said. "I was trying to hobble along. It kind of caught me
off guard."

we dont have to sit thru 24/7 of how awesome lebron is, how awesome he thinks he is, and how wonderful everyone says he is. id rather hear about golden state occasionally, then lebron relentlessly.

not one, not 2, not 3, not 4 losses...

That’s not going to stop ESPN...

He still got 2 teams that shouldnt have been there in the Finals, anyway you want to put it. They were huge underdogs. He is ridiculed for getting underachieving teams to the Finals, it is what it is.

injuries happen and they are a part of sports, not an excuse (or reason per Dirt) for losing.

he did a great job trying to be a one man show. it didnt work.

Nice dream, but it's LeBron's world and we're just living in it (according to ESPN, et al) Try and find an article about the Warrior's winning that doesn't have some blurb about LeBron shoehorned in somewhere. (Actually, don't waste your time because there are none) And if they want to write some articles talking about what a heroic hero LeBron was as he heroed his way through the finals only to be so much of a hero that he couldn't quite get there again, that's fine, but leave it out of the Warriors articles as it greatly cheapens their victory. God knows we didn't have to hear about all miracles that lined up for LeBron to get his two rings, after his team won.

I'm honestly a slightly surprised we didn't get to see a clip of a reporter asking Steph Curry's daughter if she's disappointed that her daddy isn't LeBron James.

you only claim it's a joke because you got called on it. Up yours!!
try a different argument for a change instead of making everything about the Pats.

I've literally never made a single thing about the Patriots. In fact, my only comment before this that was in regards to the Patriots was about them probably not needing to bring back Wes Welker.

No need to take things so serious. You'll live a lot longer that way :suds:

Damn, just by being the best and most revered basketball player in the world, Lebron has also become the biggest troll. Never have I seen so many people butthurt over someone's success.
