With Braun being able to plead his sentence down Cruz out to have the opportunity to be the same. Seeing as how they're screwing teams by waiting till August to do anything they also ought to have the option to defer their sentences till next season as well.

He didn't plead down the drug suspension, he got 50 games for that, the other 15 games are for labor violations and not cooperating with MLB during the investigation, he plead that down, but nothing changed about the PED violation, will probably be the same for Cruz, with no extra games for being a jackass, like Braun and A-Rod have been
