Are the Rangers contenders? We’re not totally convinced, but given all the big moves they’ve made over the last 14 months, they certainly would like to be, and they qualify by our cutoff here. That’s what I was thinking.
I like Adolis in RF. He’s put up 3.5 WAR type production but Fangraphs has him projected at 1.5 WAR next year.

He would help in the OF and destroy the offense and not do anything for the team's attitudes.

That’s a pretty low assessment of him. I get the others but RF assessment is an insult

Several of the culprits that led to us having such a weak OF offense are gone, especially Kole Calhoun. Guys like Solak, W. Calhoun, Reks, Walker and Duggar also contributed. White and Miller are still here, but hopefully they will not be used much.

I agree, OF should be much better than last year.
But we do have a lot of question marks in OF.
Will Adolis continue being a 3.5 WAR player?
Will Leody finally put it all together? I think he will.. I’m a big fan of his
Will Duran/Smith produce in LF?

I think if the season started with just the guys we have now, we would have question marks at almost every spot on the 26 man roster, even the best paid guys.

Jung and Adolis are in my view are solid at 3rd and RF. LF CF SS 1B and C I question. May be wrong but improvement needs to be made.
