Kelleyman
Former WS Champs. Hope this updates in 2025
He knows we won't contend this year.
I don’t think Beltre comes back as he knows it will potentially cut into Profar time, a guy who has earned his right to start

Considering that we moved from a minor league park into Globe Life it wasn't hard to believe that more people would go to the games because the environment was better the team wasn't be the park was. This time we're moving from a quality park into a quality park. Again the environment is going to be better than the existing park but the team isn't going to be much better than the 2019 team so perhaps for approximately half the season the numbers will be in the seats but if the quality of team doesn't improve I expect the numbers to decreaseYou have the history of the last new stadium to test its validity.
The only reason that Beltre will choose to retire is his family I doubt that he thinks about Profar in making his decision.I don’t think Beltre comes back as he knows it will potentially cut into Profar time, a guy who has earned his right to start
Have to think we are in the SP market and likely CF market. Also thinking one of our LHBs are moved

You're right JTA and I hope our new manager will jell and work right in with these kids.Honestly its time for the young guys, Beltre serves no purpose for this team going forward, time to move on
It was much improved over a minor league park well before then. The roof will make this improvement just about equal to the last improvement. That is why they are building it.Considering that we moved from a minor league park into Globe Life it wasn't hard to believe that more people would go to the games because the environment was better the team wasn't be the park was. I think JD should gave told him as much, in a very diplomatic way of course.Yes they has to be the overriding factor but he sure seems to enjoy playing. He has to DH alot if he plays so yes a lot of speculation.
For the pleasure of watching him play we surely don't want him blocking players who are qualified

To me of Choo is traded which is as stated a long shot then there is room for Beltre if he shares time at DH with Calhoun and 3B on occasion with Profar.
But a lot of ifs including what his family decision is. Sure young AJ would like one last return. A kids dream
Maybe they are waiting for the fall season to be over in the local Little Leagues so they can interview those managers and glean some information from them. That information might help them in future drafts.
Thee could be waiting to see if Jason Garrett gets fired and get some information from him. He did attend a WS game recently so he could have picked up some valuable tidbits.
They convinced him a year ago that they would try to contend in 2018.
It is essentially the same thing. That is especially true for this particular discussion because they still haven't used the term "full rebuild."That's not entirely accurate. They told him they were not going to go into full rebuild mode.
