Outside of one year in Cleveland, Romeo was never anything grand..I wouldn't expect much to change. Maybe the D shapes up a bit?

Texans named executive VP of football operations Jack Easterby as the team's new interim General Manager.​

It has been quite a rise for Easterby, beginning his career as a pastor, speaker and author, then becoming the Patriots' Team and Character Development coach, to now this role with the Texans. He will have plenty of roster decisions to make over the next 13 weeks of the NFL season. Texans owner Cal McNair shared the important detail that he will first hire a new general manager following the completion of the season before hiring a new head coach. Easterby will then "return to his position as executive vice president of football operations.

Any thoughts on how Romeo does with the offense now that BOB is gone?

Not much difference since he can't go back in time and undo the damage that already been done. .... but if he can work a bit of magic on the DST, I think the offense can hold it's own. ....

No deep thoughts @averagejoe as Lefty said above the damage has been done...

how the (you know what) was he ever allowed to make trades is beyond me....

If they start unleashing Watson and stop running for 1 or 2 yard gains they could shake loose

I say Watson is a true fire winner let the kid play
